The pictures I have chosen to share today are pictures I took in Santa Fe and Taos, New Mexico. Love the blue in these pictures.
Love these little statues in Santa Fe
Just a little blue showing in this picture (way on the right.)

They call New Mexico The Land of Enchantment. I think it lives up to its name.

My home state and Santa Fe my home town and I spent many days and hours in Taos because my sister, 12 years older than I, and her husband lived there!! I love the unique beauty of New Mexico!!!

I’ve never been to Santa Fe, but we visited Taos many years ago and I loved it. I’ve always wanted to go back and spend more time looking at all the art galleries there. Those are some very nice blues in your photos. Happy Blue Monday!
What beautiful photos! I love the shade of blue you found here and there….and those statues are gorgeous
Thanks for sharing your photos from your trip
Charlotte, your photos of Santa Fe are terrific. I would love to visit there. Thanks for a peak of some wonderful buildings and garden.
Hugs…Jeanne
Thanks for taking me along on your visit. This is one of the neatest things about blogging: I learn and experience so much! Thanks for sharing. Happy Blue Monday.
I have never been to the southwest, but I feel like I have now that I’ve seen your pictures. What a wonderful time you must have had. The flowers are beautiful. Something about them just growing wild or at least they look like that. So different than from where I live and everything has to look just so. Have a great day!!
I’ve not made it to Mexico. It looks like you had a wonderful trip. It’s fun to see so many places on God’s earth, isn’t it?
Have a good week.
Thanks for sharing – They’re all nice!
Whoa .. you’re making me homesick, Charlotte 🙂
Great shots of the pueblo … When I was a child, my mom would bring me along on (seemingly) endless excursions to Taos, Santa Clara, San Ildefonso, etc., etc. where she would “trade” with the indians. Several of those pieces still have places of honor in my home today!
Those photo’s are stunning! I like the little touch of blue around the windows. Of course, you make the picture even brighter!
Have a happy day,
Kathi 🙂
All the hint of blues are so pretty. I love the pink flowers next to the blue deck.
Have a wonderful Blue Mondy,
Ginger
I do not play this but love seeing everyone else’s pictures non the less!! There is something just special about New Mexico. I have been there once and loved it..Thanks for sharing..Sandy

Charlotte, I love that wonderful blue color on those buildings… it just sends me! My husband’s grandfather’s first cousin was a listed artist, and her house actually was Mediterranean Revival complete with windows painted in very similar blue tones. She specially mixed the paint color herself, and then she had the painter mix the house paint to match. I love these. Thanks for sharing…
Happy Blue Monday!
