Strawberry Angel Food
Actually we were a little disappointed in the cake. It was pretty dry. But – when we added some vanilla ice cream and mixed berries, it was delicious.

How is the pink angel food cake? When I visited my parents on spring break, my dad bought the best strawberries so we got angel food cake….we opted for chocolate (good, but prefer the white better) but was curious about the strawberry. Have a great weekend, and I will enter the giveaway. I keep noticing signs that I am aging….as I am approaching the magical 4-0! 😉

Your strawberry cake looks yummy. I bought one of those at an Amish country story in Ohio once, and it was so delicious. I haven’t found one that good since. I’m sure the ice cream made it more moist and delicious.
The flowers in Carmel are always so beautiful! And the cake looks pretty so I will imagine that it was moist and tasted like fresh strawberries since it is so pretty. 🙂
